Fix Kodi Crashes on Ubuntu 22.04

After upgrading my mediacenter to the latest Ubuntu LTS version, Kodi on Ubuntu 22.04 crashed continuously. Turned out these frequent Kodi crashes resulted from the default Python 3.10.4 on Ubuntu 22.04 (see this Kodi bug).
